Susan Meinl was responsible for People & Culture at Design Hotels, an international lifestyle and tourism company, for more than 20 years. Today she works as a freelance trainer, business coach and mentor and pursues her great passion for personal and organizational development. It is her mission to inspire people to embark on the path of personal growth and to actively shape this path on their own responsibility. In doing so, she supports them with her enormous wealth of experience and toolbox. She

accompanies companies through times of change and encourages a change in consciousness and mindful interaction with each other. Susan has her roots in Munich, lived in New York and has now been based in Berlin for 18 years. She has been involved in personal growth for over 20 years. Her integral approach has evolved over the many different trainings and advanced trainings and includes approaches from Positive and Humanistic Psychology, Systemic Consulting, Accelerated Learning, among others.
