Become the Best Version of Yourself
Most of us are pretty good at identifying where we’re going wrong in life, but rather hopeless at prescribing a solution. We eat a bit too much – and so ought to run a marathon. We miss deadlines at work – and so ought to set our alarms for 4am every day. In 2025, The School of Life at Work wants to help you become the best version of yourself – not through self-punishment, but by teaching you the skills that allow you to fulfil your true potential.
We’re offering a collection of three 2-hour workshops, designed to start your journey to self-improvement and career satisfaction in 2025. We’ve chosen three crucial skills – self-awareness, purpose, and confidence – that determine our success and happiness at work and beyond.
You can book to attend in person or virtually. Though each workshop may be booked individually, if you book the course of three, you’ll receive a full year’s digital subscription to The School of Life, absolutely free. A subscription unlocks our App, your personal centre of change, growth and wellbeing, as well as the complete library of articles on our website.

Confidence:
At work as in life, the difference between success and failure comes down to the presence – or absence – of a skill called confidence. Our two hour confidence workshop aims to puncture some of the myths around confidence, and teach us the elements and benefits of self-belief.
The format of this class is highly interactive and involves a combination of teaching, group discussion and individual reflection. The class facilitators aim to create a confidential space where all participants are welcome to contribute freely and comfortably.
Running on the 29th of January virtually, and the 4th of February in person.
