About the Session

Today, widespread and frequent change often feels inescapable – particularly in business. And yet in reality our ability to embrace and lead change depends on a whole host of factors – some known to us, and others a little more surprising. When we become more accustomed to the dynamics of change and how we might respond to them, we can manage the journey more effectively.

This workshop will help participants to:

  • Understand how change is experienced and why as humans we may naturally resist it.
  • Discover managing change strategies that support both a more strategic lens, and a human-centred approach.
  • Learn how to embrace our own wellbeing when managing change.
  • Practise change conversations and effective communication in times of change.
  • Reflect on how a growth mindset may help us to better embrace changes (big and small) day-to-day
